  • After you’ve booked an intro call, you’ll be sent a brief questionnaire to collect background info to help drive and focus our conversation. The intro call will allow us to explore your needs further, and assess if working together is a mutual fit. If we agree to move forward, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, timetables, estimated pricing, T&C’s, and onboarding expectations (how we will manage our communication, feedback cycles, payment instructions, etc.) Once the proposal is accepted, you’ll get a contract to sign and off we go.

  • Because no organization is the same, we custom-price our services based on your specific brand-building needs, the state of your current branding and content systems, and the scope of work that makes the most sense for you for this stage of your business. We have a project-based pricing model, and can offer services priced to suit your budget.

  • You can use CreatrSpark for any one of our services or combination. For example, if you only want a content audit and a tech-stack assessment, we can offer just those services. Similarly, if you only need an outsourcing plan, we can deliver just that.
